Ángel Nieves Díaz was a Puerto Rican ex-convict and a suspected serial killer who was caught and executed by the lethal injection in Florida.
Nieves, had always escaped from prison in Puerto Rico while he was still serving his jail term for murder, was apprehended for shooting and killing the manager of a stripper club in Florida in 1979. He defended his innocence until his death.
