The Tragedy happened On the 29th of July, 1994, Richard Kanka’s daughter Megan was lured into the house of their neighbor, Jesse Timmendequas, who wickedly raped and strangled her with his belt. He then dumped her body in a nearby dump park.
The next day, he went to the police himself and confessed to the police and took them to where he dumped the body. This happened in Hamilton Township, Mercer County, New Jersey, United States.
